Emo’s is not responsible if your vehicle is booted or towed. AutoZone, Club Carnaval, and Taco More lots are actively booting.

Professional cameras and/or cameras will detachable lenses are NOT allowed without a valid media pass. Personal point-and-shoot cameras or cellphones are OK.

If you lose an item while you are at an event, please email Emosaustin@Livenation.com to see if it has been turned in.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the team to look for your item and respond back to you.
The venue is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. As a courtesy, we hold lost items for 30 days.
Emo’s is a completely non-smoking venue. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.
In-and-outs are not permitted at our venue. Make sure you don't leave the venue unless you don't plan on coming back!
Age requirements differ depending on the event. All age requirements are listed on our online event calendar. If no age restriction is listed, the event is all ages.

- Anyone needing prescription medicine must present the pharmacy-labeled container which states the prescription, dosage, and patient name to our medical staff at entry. Patrons are only allowed a sufficient supply of the prescribed medication for that day.
- Medicines needing to be inhaled or smoked are prohibited unless in a prescribed inhaler.
- Over the counter medications are allowed in a sufficient supply for the day. Staff will verify that the medication and name on the label match the actual medication and the patron's identification.

At Emo’s, we strive to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible to all. The main entrance to Emo’s is fully accessible. Please be advised that this is done on a first-come, first-serve basis and our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. All bathrooms within the venue are equipped with ADA-accessible stalls. ADA parking is first-come, first-serve and is located in front of the venue's main entrance near our security checkpoint.
